Expert Legal Knowledge:  Buying and selling real estate has become more complicated than ever before.  From the initial contracts, to negotiating repairs, to RESPA disclosures and the myriad of issues that could arise in real estate, Brian has seen it all and has represented over 5,000 clients in the past 12 years in many different real estate matters.  He will continue to use this legal knowledge to provide assurance to clients about what will happen during every stage of a real estate transaction.  His goal will be same as it was in the law - to prevent issues from arising and solve minor issues immediately before they become major ones.
